It was when I lived in Hawaii, the beach across the street had a very calm shoreline. And that darn kitten would go into the ocean in order to follow me. Amazing! (her name was Apples)

That’s exciting!

My cat catches when I throw soda caps and wine corks and also brings them back to me so I’ll throw them again. He also comes when I say, “Look!” When I want him to see some cat or dog or insect outside the window. He’s really smart and understand almost everything I say to him. Of course I’ve taught him that what I say is always consistent with something specific. If you use the same phrase or words for specific things cat do understand and respond.

I’m a one cat lady. But a cat lady nonetheless!
