I'm pretty happy with it.

I've had Hulu a couple times but their interface is horrible. I liked Sling, but they lost the local Fox Sports channels so I had to drop them.

It is pretty easy to use. I have found it records the shows that I want. But then I don't watch many shows. I usually just watch sports on TV.

So I like to record almost everything broadcast live and delay viewing about 15-20 minutes. That way you can watch via the DVR and skip the commercial breaks. It's a wonderful way to watch "live" sports.

But the problem for me is I get final score news alerts every time one of my teams play.

Some shows you can and some you can't ff. I can understand not ffing for on demand shows but there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason why shows you dvr are one or the other. So my non-helpful answer is I don't know. I hope I'm not the only one who feels this. But overall I'm happy with it.

So they made it so you can't fast forward even if it is on demand.

And some I can't. There are a couple of true crime shows for example that are on in prime time on different networks. One I can ff through while one I can't. I'm sure there is an explanation but haven't seen one so far.
