I have no idea how they managed that. I worked as a tech for 30+ years & never saw that.

But what really snags my hide there-they were selling 4 tires, front struts & probably an alignment.

On a vehicle with puke black oil & a muffler leaking badly enough to cause Carbon Monoxide poisoning if a rear window was left open.

And they managed this so-lots of incompetent salesmen and parts changers. Very few mechanics in the trade nowadays. They threw me away long before I was due for it IMHO and the trend is sell shit if they need it or not.
