Ouch!! Most if her weight was on the (totally unnecessary) rope around her hind quarter.

I hope they gave her water before food.

Glad they found her, but...

Even a blanket wrapped under her belly, her entire underside as a sling, would have been way better.

3 weeks she was missing and this random hiker just happened to be in the part of the forest she was in and heard her pitiful cries, probably when she only had a few days left to survive. Amazing. Lucky girl.
