i believe you are correct, tho there is trademarking, which has different rules.

She's more concerned about the people who buy shit like this & get ripped off, and the exploited workers forced to make it.

4. ok. i am not fashionable. i love resale. i hate giving up my old clothes and the mend halfassedly,

but i try and extend the life of stuƒƒ. i do better w/ sweaters. i live on lands end clearance. better made. i saved clothes my grandma had hoarded. i fixed my grandpa's 60's long underwear pants cause they do not make any like it. i still wear old long underwear shirts. and i do not mind holes. i like making them decorative by embroidering the edges w/ mixed colors.
