Prisoner was dead for a few minutes in hospital, now argues that he served his life-sentence.

Murderer sentenced to life in prison.

Murderer suffered septic poisoning from kidney-stones, lost consciousness.

Driven to hospital, resusciated five times. Surgery. Antibiotics to treat the septic.

Now he claims in court that he died in hospital, and as a result he claims that his life-sentence counts as served.

He does not cite sources or legal precedent that would support his argument.

The court responded by arguing that it understood "life sentence" as "rest of his natural life" and dismissed his claim.
