.... from the headlights arrived. Would a head lamp flashlight that you strap to your head help out ? Oh fuck it,.. just use a high powered candle - 3,000 candle watt power, yes, that's the ticket.

The photons that emanated from the lights would still be ahead of you, but would bounce off an obstruction and return almost twice as fast, which would cut the time it takes to see something in front of you by nearly half.

The problem comes in when the car travels faster than the speed of light. In that case you'd want to turn on your lights well ahead of time before you started your trip.

They would work as far as people on the street are concerned... but you do realize a car, or anything else having mass, cannot travel at the speed of light?
