add either gravy or stock until the mixture is really moist. Spread on the waffle iron and cook for about eight or so minutes! 😋

I go heavy on the mushrooms, garlic and cheese, and actually enjoy it more than I do Thanksgiving dinner.

Also love making soup from the turkey carcass.

I enjoy an over-medium fried egg with reheated, crispy pizza. Will try making dressing fritters with breakfast - got rid of my last waffle iron contraption aka, the mess maker.

Otherwise, really like left over turkey club sandwiches with whatever turkey stock soup I can pull together.

Ham & bean soup
holiday sandwich - piece of Honey baked ham on top of a piece of cranberry jelly on mayo on a Hawaiian roll. This is my favorite part of after Thanksgiving.
