Also love making soup from the turkey carcass.

(4,980 posts)I enjoy an over-medium fried egg with reheated, crispy pizza. Will try making dressing fritters with breakfast - got rid of my last waffle iron contraption aka, the mess maker.
Otherwise, really like left over turkey club sandwiches with whatever turkey stock soup I can pull together.

holiday sandwich - piece of Honey baked ham on top of a piece of cranberry jelly on mayo on a Hawaiian roll. This is my favorite part of after Thanksgiving.
