kids were coming by and smashing it with a baseball bat. He stuck a snug fitting piece of 6" pipe inside, that shit stopped right away.

So he picked up a piece of railroad track, welded a pipe to the top and buried the track about three feet in the ground. Some dumb ass kids tried again to run over his mailbox - they folded their radiator in half, totaled their truck and got arrested with federal charges.

... when I was repairing roads. They were needed to keep cars away from our holes in the nights, but every morning they had been tossed around. That changed after cone number two was temporary made solid with an iron spike through.
