I'm in Paris. It's after midnight and getting through elephant doses
of vodka. Je suis plein d'amour pour toutes 😀.

1. Bonne nuit. Wake up early, or go for a walk at 4 am. One street to the
next will smell of baking croissants and baguettes. And have an ancien baguette for me.

2. Hot Nutella Crepes..... I can smell them from here.
When Nutella was hard to find in this country, that was all I could think of.

11. Ha ! My son finished his second Nutella crpe 2 minutes ago !
My wife and I prefer the savory crêpe....we had ham, egg and cheese....mmmm.
And of course Deux bouteilles de cidre.... I recommend crêperie Pen-ty, 65 rue de Douai, 75009 Paris Yum yum |

6. Funnily enough, back in 2000, I worked in Paris for about 18 months
and stayed in the same hotel. I was getting married that year, so each morning I would go out walking all around Rue Lepic, Abbesses, up the 200 steps by the funicular to the Sacre Cœur, around by Place du Tertres, and back. It was utterly magical, and so typical of what one imagines Paris to be. I've filled up on ancien baguette and croissants... ready for the day b!

3. Tres bien!
Vodka. My choice for evening drinks, too.
Enjoy! |

4. But have you tried poire William?
So smooth, it slides down your throat. My cousins in Luxembourg turned me onto it during a visit there. Yum!

8. I haven't tried it, though I have previously endulged in Marc du champagne
which is like diesel.
