March is coming in like a lamb, in mid-Michigan

We were clobbered with a snow storm that closed schools for 2 days, last week. This week the temperatures will be in the high 40's and low 50's, with just a slight chance of some flurries, some time mid-week. I actually found a Daffodil that has gone into bud, and that's the earliest I've seen that happen, for ages.

So I'm going to be cautiously optimistic that we will be getting an early warm up and a flower filled early Spring, this year. I am beyond ready to get outside to rake, clear, cut, trim, and start planting. I've already started some new perennials, from seed, for the front gardens.
