when I tell them to leave they just look at me and say "What? you looking at me?" and go on doing whatever they do

The younger ones will usually take off...but the big momma looks at me like I am bothering her

5. Looks cute but...

they should have used bear spray. The bear needs to learn that humans are trouble. Also, I don't see any protective fencing around the garden. Eventually that bear will be killed a t a young age because now it will think it's fun to hang out there. It only takes one instance of positive reinforcement for a bear to learn it has a fun place to go. Bear learn tricks with treats, the lesson: you gave it treats. Same with any positive experience a bear has interacting with humans subjects the next humans it encounters with expectations of similar rewards from them which is what will get the bear killed.
