He said some of the water fountains dispensed cold beer!!! Now that would be neat...

It has a hole drilled in the door with a beer tap screwed into it. In the fridge he stores quarter-barrels of beer so he always has draft beer on tap.
Not surprisingly, he lives in Milwaukee.

It was a wine dispenser and you could put a standard-sized bottle into it upside down and it would keep the wine fresh for a couple of weeks as you doled it out by the glass. They probably have such devices in restaurants.
