From all the washing.
I could perform surgery here.....
I dab on some Vaseline between the webs and the outer edges of my fingers. I'll dab a little more on my palms and the back of my hands and let it soak in about 5 minutes before heading to bed.
When I wake up, my fingers and hands are soft and smooth until the frequent and daily hand washing regimen begins again.
