I didn't ask for it, never discussed anything like it. It's 11 inches high, all welded together. He has no military background. I knew he has a hobby of creating things, like a small cabinet with a hidden drawer. But this totally blindsided me. I *do* find it amusing that he attached a small chain to complete the concept of a "fouled anchor." Sure there are patterns, but the amount of thought put into it, including the surprise, is the thing here. It sure beats not seeing even a pic of the the Mid Watch thingamajig!1
