3. I'm out the door in 10-ish years.

I'd love to spend those years working form home.

Our boss likes the bullpen feel, though.

4. Assuming everyone works seriously, I think we will see more of this. I've been working

primarily remotely for decades. One reason is that I made sure bosses and co-workers would rather deal with me by phone, on-line or occasionally face-to-face.

5. I cannot do all my work on one laptop

I would miss my desktop at work

6. I took my whole setup home.

Ive got my tower, two 24-inch screens, keyboard and super duper mouse. Had to download an app on my smartphone cause I don’t have a scanner at home. Desk in my room is smaller than at work, but I don’t have to make room for a desk phone and a hard copy inbox. Started a 7-person group text for all the guys in our department.

This is working.
