I got my first bottle of hand sanitizer today!

They had them at Giant Eagle when Mr. O and I went this morning. First time I’ve found any in any store for weeks. They were limiting them one per customer. I bought it as if it were gold.

On the way home Mr. O said should we just keep it in the car? I said we could, but not right out in plain view.... someone might see it in our car and try to break into the car to steal it.

It hit me that the times we live in are now so absurd that you have to worry about your car getting broken into if anyone sees your bottle of hand sanitizer.

2. Just be aware that hand sanitizer can dry out due to its high alcohol content.

Of course, your car interior probably doesn't get as hot as it does here in AZ.

On edit: grammar.

If you and Mr. O left the sanitizer in the car for long periods of time, it might dry out and go bad.

Just an idea, if you have reusable canvas bags that are used for shopping, I would put the bottle of sanitizer in those canvas bags and hang them up somewhere in the house. It would be easier to remember on your next shopping trip if already placed in those bags.

I was there to get gallon bottles for the hand dispensers at the Food Pantry where I volunteer. I keep one in my car so whenever I go to a store or wherever, it's the 1st thing I do when I get back in the car. Sanitize those hands. Give them a good wash when I get home.
