Observations from Northern VA/DC

Went to the credit union, more tellers than customers, individual lanes for each teller versus a common line.

Went to the post office, skipped the common line for counter service ((NON- SD compliant)) to use the credit card to get stamps.

Crossed into DC, skipped the Tidal Basin, went around Hains Point where there were parking spots available, viewed peak cherry blossoms from my car, went home in plenty of time for lunch.

Loveliest of trees, the cherry now
Is hung with bloom along the bough,
