At this point, I wonder if my throat isn't just naturally ticklish...

...and I've managed to suppress all feeling of it all my life until these past couple of weeks.

No fever, no heavy dry coughing, no body aches, no troubled breathing.

But just an annoying tickle in the Adam's apple area of my throat that has bugged me for over a week.

A fair amount of phlegm and mucus in the throat, so hopefully it is most likely allergy/pollen related.

The thing is, that all doesn't exclude the 'Rona (because of that "asymptomatic carrier" shit), but doesn't seem to point to it in and of itself, either.

Actually I had somehow managed to control it pretty well the past few years. Hadn't had too many negative thoughts lately.

A few years back though I had diagnosed myself with about every cancer and neurological disease as possible on a regular basis.

But it's all come roaring back.

The good news is, knock on wood, I've actually been pretty healthy. I've got a good immune system--haven't had the flu in forever, had mono once in college and beat it in a week. I'd like to say I could probably handle the 'Rona well, but I still would hate to be a carrier and put other at risk.

But then I've heard plenty of stories about youngish people still being suceptible to more severe symptoms, so even that hasn't been too much of a comfort.

Oh well. Wash my hands and social distance. Guess that's all I can do right now.

Hypochondria flourishes on the Internet. Don't go there. I have also had every affliction known to medicine because I found it on the Internet. I don't do that any more.

This year has been unusually bad for that even though it's still too early for pollen in many places. If you are in an area that got a lot of snow that's now melted, you could be allergic to snow mold. https://www.cbc.ca/news/health/allergies-in-spring-snow-mould-may-be-to-blame-1.3001356

I have allergies, and when spring hits my nose runs, eyes water, throat gets scratchy. In fact I was thinking a couple of days ago, when the pollen was flying and I was sniffing, and clearing my throat, oh no, how will I know if it's Corona V.

I don't cough when I'm not thinking about it. When I think about how I shouldn't touch my face, my face itches. Otherwise it doesn't.

Sometimes Sophie worries -- not during the day when she is busy with family and friends, but at night when everything is calm and quiet. Her family all try to help, but somehow they just make her worries worse.

Until her mother thinks of a new approach ... that might just involve an elephant or two! But wait, don't think about purple elephants, whatever you do! Whimsical and humorous, this little girl's story of finding a way to ease her worry will resonate with children and parents everywhere.

All the live oaks on the farm are taking turns blooming and blowing pollen everywhere. The ligustrums and privets are in full bloom.

My whole face is swollen, my nose is running and bleeding, and I keep sneezing. Even with Zyrtec, Nasalcort, and Azelastine it is out of control. But this happens every year so I know it's not Covid-19.
