I'm old and I'm part Swede 
I'm now old too and although I just load my caddy with my daily herbs and other supplements, I used to help a dear lady friend that took a TON of meds every day to load her pill caddies.
She dreaded it horribly each week but mainly had to due to heart disease.....
old, Swedish, but minimal 'pillage'
My best friend had a kidney transplant last year. I couldn't believe how much medicine she takes now, and it changes as needed. Glad she's around to fill her caddy
