I know this is pretty low on the list of priorities, but do any guys here cut their own hair? If so, any suggestions? Should I buy clippers?
I don't think I can pull of a shaved head, but envy those of you who can!

(1,474 posts)I used the largest guard, number seven, everywhere. Then I used a three on the sides and on the back to approximate a good fade.
I have blond hair, and it was beginning to bother me that I had the same hairstyle as Donald Trump. So although my current style is a little rugged, it's way better.
Edit: Buy a good clipper for 20 or $30. If you're going to cut your own hair, by yourself, one technique is to choose the number three or number four guards and then go over your head front to back, back to front, left to right, right to left, until there's no more hair being cut.
The good thing about having clippers is that if you miss a patch of hair and someone points it out, you can just grab the clippers and fix it.
