Anyone working from home know of a secure app that masks your phone #?

I am mostly doing zoom appts but I still do quite a bit of phone appts. I work in mental health. The app that IT told us to use to mask our phone #s just does not work for me. I have tried to dealing with IT, and at this point I'm just frustrated. I understand they are super busy now with everyone working from home, so sometimes its hard to get a hold of someone and I don't have the time to stay on the phone when I have back to back clients.
If anyone uses a reliable secure phone app. Please let me know.

in front of the number you are calling hides your number from their caller id for that call. Your phone company can probably hide your number for all calls, but there would probably be a charge for that. *67 works on all phones and is free

why it isn't working for you.

If the issue is that you no longer have a business phone system for call routing and screening, maybe number masking isn't going to cut it for you either.

from a blocked or private # and end up missing their appt time because they won't answer.

The app that I have is Accession, its supposed to show another phone # that says the name of our organization. For whatever reason, calls will not go through. I dial the number and nothing happens. Last week the app wouldn't even let me in with the password they gave me. Stayed on the phone with the IT guy for almost 30 mins. Now this.
