My husband likes music at night, but wants the sound turned down a LOT. Since I am on the other side of the bed and my CPAP makes noise, I pretty much can't hear it. Nights I can't sleep I am in my recliner in front of the TV, so I am playing YouTube stuff.

I found Videos for Cats on a YouTube channel owned by Paul Dinning. They are 8 hours or more of video close ups of birds (and squirrels and other animals) eating seeds in various locations. Yes, some do loop, but the video is relaxing for me, I get to see British birds I didn't see while in the UK, and the nature sounds are very relaxing.

Usually I will watch until I go to sleep for a while, then since I always wake up, I move to my bed to sleep out the night with my CPAP.

I know that sounds of nature help to fall asleep like the sound of rain or bird singing.
