The DU Lounge
Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsI woke up thinking it was Sunday
Got up, fed the pets, and sat down with my tea and my phone.
Logged on to DU and scanned the first two pages of the Lounge for LOLcatz.
Panic set in and my face is now stuck in a "Life's not fair !!!!!!!!" teenager contortion (and a twitchy thing going on with my left eye)
.............
So, it's not Sunday, but it doesn't feel like Saturday.
I've fallen into the vortex of an in-between day.

(14,530 posts)(disclaimer, I rarely watch TV in the AM, much less morning Joe)
I said to myself, let me turn on the TV to see what Joe & Mika are up to this morning. Turned it on and there was some other person in the anchor seat. But that didn't give me a clue. It took me a minute of trying to find them before I realized today was Saturday, not Friday.
Same boat, different ocean.

(31,382 posts)And no, not about Trump. About my husband who killed himself when we were separated and my dog (who is 14) was dying.
My husband was a psychiatrist and one of the benefits from being married to him was in house dream analysis. My own interpretation of the dream was my life is about to change with little support.
No coincidence that I have an appointment to look at a lot in an over 55 development today and have pretty much decided I'm going to go ahead with having them build a house for me.
I can only hope I survive until it's ready to move in, probably at the end of the year.
In between is right.
