3. The first time I ever had Entenmanns

was at Lake George NY. We were camping on one of the islands and went to the camp store where my dad bought one of their danish. It was sooooo good. Since I lived in Florida it was many years until I had it again. Everything they make is wicked good but my fave is still the cherry/cheese danish.

Ever since Bimbo took over Entenmann's the taste and quality seems to be off, in the 70's Entenmanns was the the benchmark for quality industrial bakery goods,but now ,not so much.

5. Mom used to buy the Sara Lee Iced Banana Cake and that was sure good.

You kept it in the freezer until a few hours before you wanted to serve it. Gosh, haven't thought about that yummers in ages. Now I want one! Thanks a lot!
