So I'm going to try a store-bought Thai sauce instead of making my own ...

I'll let ya know how it turns out.

To be Wok Cooked:
Cubed Chicken (marinating for a couple hours in the sauce)
Yellow Onion, Red Bell Pepper

To be partially done in microwave in lightly-salted water bath, then added to wok:
Yellow Squash, String Beans

Saffron Road Thai Mango Skillet Sauce goes into wok last along with some fresh spinach leaves (not pictured)

Green Onion and Cilantro for Garnish.

Will be served over Jasmine Rice.

In the end, they never tasted all that much better or different than what I could buy at the store for the time invested.
Moral of the story: I don't make my own BBQ sauce anymore.
