Safe indoors, breathing indoor air.

My patients are out in that muck, breathing it in because there's nothing else to breathe...

I noticed, however, things aren’t so great for many of the housed. The air quality is gross and you can’t open a window or it gets worse. You can’t run a window air conditioner or it sucks in filthy air. This is not nice; frightening, actually.
