On her right foot it looks like her small toes are hanging off the edge of the shoe. The skirt looks like it has a three inch hem.

Of course she would pick up their lack of taste and style. Also, I honestly think that her father and her husband are broke, no matter how much they manage to steal and grift.

They are both so over their heads in debt that they can't possibly be liquid. They are both greedy, impulsive and stupid "businessmen" who have dug themselves into a hole so deep they have had to sell their souls to beg foreign governments to bail them out. And even then, it's not enough. Ivanka's fortunes are tied to her husband and her father and she is a criminal in her own right.
