Recently Plouffe's background included a toy USPS mail truck along with a Univ of Delawar Blue Hens sports pennant and a copy of the US Constitution propped up in front of his books.
Today the mail truck was gone replaced by a silver closed hand with the index finger extended next to a large Wawa coffee cup.
