Suggestion for those working at home during the pandemic (little late, I realize)

Ya wanna be aware of your surroundings prior to any Zoom/Teams/Skype video meeting.

Case in point. If you happen to have a four foot poster of Bob Marley twisting one up over your right shoulder, it's best to be aware prior to said meeting.

This public service announcement brought to you by Brother Glamrock who says, learn from my mistakes. Don't repeat them.

you’re ok.

I don’t have a camera. My home office is the recliner in the den. Hey! It’s called a laptop for a reason.

One of the participants was sitting in an easy chair and had a cocktail on his side table.

Another fellow kept digging out of camera range and then he'd come back red-faced as if he'd just toked.

Me, I'm independent so I just smoke without making a big deal out of it.

Your poster looks great, by the way!

With black tape over it.

That came in handy the other day when the software decided I wanted the camera on. It would have been ok, but I’m happier with it off.

Interesting that there is some regionality to who turns on cameras. Some areas tend to use it. People who do use their camera tend to stop when a quorum doesn’t.

They changed the posters to read "DUMP 2020" so it would be more fun.
