I was introduced to this as a child by an upstairs neighbor. The combination of turkey, gravy, cranberry sauce and hot sauce is amazing.

Since becoming a vegetarian I no longer eat turkey, but my daughter absolutely adores these sandwiches.

Everything will be served as leftovers. I've been craving hot, open faced sandwiches with towering layers of Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and lots of gravy.

I'll make a batch of our heirloom recipe cranberry relish as if goes with everything. Then it's big sandwiches, and a couple of different soups made from the broth of the rendered turkey carcass. The last bits and pieces of meat go into green enchiladas and fajitas.
