2. It makes sense

It's an F-18, a Navy/Marine Corps fighter, so it has a close affinity to water.

4. I think it's Russian.

An Su-29 maybe? Not sure without checking. But it has perpendicular vertical stabilizers instead of the slightly angled ones of an FA-18, and has red-star insignia on its wings.

Also seems to have a Gatling gun in its wing root, like an Su-29.
