All short clips of all these unmasked people getting together in close proximity, and the jist of the ad is that basically Christmas is all about getting together with your family.
It's freaking terrible.

been running on the Sinclair owned TV stations here also. There is a Lexus Xmas Ad that goes in the same direction.
