Read for a while. Not my morning at the pool at 6 AM. We had a big class yesterday. Revved up, ready to go. Reminded me of Obama. The nice weather is getting people out. Catching up on errands neglected during the snows.

I love Spring.

Governor lowered the age for vaccines, schools reopening.

Nothing like a batch of homemade buttermilk biscuits with some butter on them.

Toss in some honey and OMG!

I've got some powdered buttermilk. I wonder how well that would work?

Or put a teaspoon of vinegar in milk.

Simple recipe for one
3/4 cup flour, I use self rising, tsp baking pudge if not.
3 tbs butter, cut in small pieces.
Mix in flour, I use clean hands.

Almost 1/3 cup milk, BM

Stir with handle of wooden spoon
Flour piece of waxed paper, fold dough over 5,6 times

Cut, I cut mine into 4 small ones. Bake in small cast iron skillet. 425 until Golden brown. Makes more than enough. Double for 2.

Not a lot of people have been looking to go there anymore. Here, try some of these fudge dipped mint creme oreos to hold you over for now. They've closed off the main road to people without memberships so we have to put up with some bumps along the way.
