Sounds like maybe a Jamaican accent.
I hear a lot of accents here in the south and have managed to follow most of them, except for fast Cajun, which I have not been exposed to
enough.

I admit I did pick out a word now and then, and I might have guessed it was closely related to English, but to tell the truth I was completely baffled by it.
