Shelter places 13 lb rage machine' for adoption

The shelter has a clever ad campaign. I have a little chihuahua that's not quite this bad. Sometimes when I'm rubbing his belly he turns and bites me.

It's taken about 3 years for my little wild boy to stop biting so much. He still goes ballistic at the vet.
