Kids' movies

What does it say about me that I prefer a quality kids' movie over anything else? Kids' TV, too!

1. I really love animated movies

I was excited to see "Beauty and the Beast" and I really loved "Ratatouille!"

2. Most of my favorite movies are either animated or black and white

Many modern live-action films rely too much on CGI to bother with acting, a plot, or positive message.

3. And so much

VIOLENCE in adult movies. Often, inane.

4. Toy Story, Monster's Inc, Wall-E, Robots...

The ending of Robots is amazing. Not that I ever watch kids movies.

6. The kids' movies don't have the stupid

lapses of logic and plot that so often make me stop watching.

...something a lot of people don't understand--if it bores adults, it will bore kids.

8. Haha! For Mother's Day I went over to my Dad's

(my mother is deceased) and I made him watch "Finding Nemo."

He loved it!

It was a good time.

We just came upon a really fun kids' film on Netflix, Finding Ohana! Corny, fun, some good acting and loved the story! Beautiful, about a native Hawaiian family presented with a challenging decision!
