Much more comfortable than anything else I've ever worn, and one size fits almost all.

Two sizes smaller.

Last March I went on a cruise to Hawaii, and was determined I would not gain weight. I simply didn't eat all the time, which is possible t do. Came home at exactly the same weight as when I left.

Then during the summer I decided it was time to take off excess weight. My BMI has gone from 31.6 to 24.0. From obese to a normal weight. It's been nearly 40 years since I've been at this weight.

and now nothing fits; I've lost four sizes (18 to 10). When I wear my old clothes I look like I'm wearing tents. But it feels good.

I'd been overweight/obese for far too long.

And because so many of us are overweight or obese, we've forgotten what normal looks like.

I barely recognize myself, but I like looking "normal" after some 30 years of being overweight. Hope I can stay that way, but the year of quarantine established some habits that might stick.

Mixed reaction with it though. My pants don't fit anymore but most of my tops do. After a couple weeks of hiking, that could change so I'm not dumping the skinny clothes just yet.

Don't know how I just did. I needed to, I was heavier than ever. Now I am at the low end of where I should be and because I am older they keep telling me to gain a little. Not in this lifetime, I like it where I am right now.

If I had been younger I probably would have gained 30 pounds.
