(149,534 posts)About planning: I like to plan and have things under control, mostly! And then there are times when it's fun to go with the flow!
Of course, big things need planning. It just depends.
Have a great day!

(66,294 posts)I confess to disliking spontaneity in almost any form. It tends to rattle me.
Some times carefully planned is the option that works best, BUT sometimes spontaneity is fun

(11,562 posts)I had a stepfather who planned every trip down to the minute. He never wavered and we were miserable. There was no room for anything spontaneous or fun ever. Fortunately, Mom got sick of him, too.
Congratulations to today's milestones!

(7,488 posts)Otherwise I'll forget what I have to do and what I need to get it done. I was much more of a flow guy when I was younger. But I'm better equipped now that I'm older to go with the flow when things don't go the way I expect.
