Take magnesium supplements at night. Magnesium will help you sleep well and poop the next morning.

or hang out where its going on. The fumes usually have lots of magnesium - enough to give rookie welders the runs (think Milk of Magnesia).

You thought they were reporting zero magnesium. That's not what it means at all, but it's a perfectly understandable mistake. How scary that must have been for you.
What it really means is zero milligrams of magnesium.
