Best chocolate gelato I have ever had. They have at least 10 types of chocolate alone, or more if it they have a limited edition. Beware, it gets packed with locals at strange times, so you may have a wee wait.

In Rome, Neve di Latte is wonderful. It is right off Piazza Cavour in Prati, very central, easy to get too. Artisanal AF.

I am European, so easy (well was before COVID) to travel to Italy. I adore Milano.

Never frozen and kept at about 35 degrees. Never found any in the US that was not frozen.

Nothing here like the water buffalo milk mozzarella either.
