When I started seeing my lady, she insisted we go to Casa Bonita and it is amazing. Great food, great drinks and an awesome show (and an arcade!). As Parker is quoted in the article, it was going down hill a bit even before the pandemic but was still a favorite of ours for a night out. I really hope they buy it and treat it right. It's one of the top places we can't wait to go to again when the pandemic is over.

1. No offense but "great food" is the absolute LAST thing Casa Bonita was known for.

But every time you had a visitor you would have to take them their for the spectacle of it all and hope the food didn’t kill anybody.

Having actually been there, and knowing Mexican food, it isn't good.

The "show" is interesting in a cheesy way, but the maze-like line to get in is kind of off-putting.

I guess it falls into the same category as the "Hooters" type restaurants; you don't really go there for the food.
