Sophie Stinky Toes' old 'Kitty Condo' has new occupants

Sometimes they take turns playing 'Whack a Mole' with each other. I do a lot of laughing, now.

4. She's in the 'dog house'

She snuck past me and started eating the kitten's food. She'd just finished a bowl of shredded chicken thighs! I am having to constantly switch up on the feeding routine. At one time I could put the kittens in their 'meal boxes' and then bring them the food. Now the boys can climb OUT of their box. My mid-term solution WAS to put the bowls in the boxes and then get the kittens. Apparently Sophie was paying attention. I guess I need to find another plastic tub with high sides.

They make SUCH a mess, I have to line the tub with newspaper! They are like little velociraptors when it comes to eating. Hopefully, now that I'm starting to add a little dry food and I'm weaning them OFF of kitten milk, meal time will becomes a lot less like that cafeteria food fight scene in 'Animal House'.

6. I have 2 now and I put their food on the top of a table. Other

wise the dogs would eat it all. And yes, I never realized how kittens can wreck a house!

5. One is named Smokey and one is named Sootie

My niece is supposed to take Sootie. I have a feeling that Smokey might just be staying with me, Madoc and Sophie. If that happens, there will be a name change from Smokey to Morgan.
