This is the first day I've given the kittens the run of the den
I've kitten proofed as best I can but truthfully, there really isn't anything harmful in the room. So, as long as they are incapable of scaling the barricades I've put up to the hall way and screened in porch, they will get their fill of exercise.
The play pen door is open so they have access to water, the liter box and their beds. Not that they seem in need of any of those, right now. This is just pure joy to watch.

I guess I am going to care for my favorite kitty in a few weeks when his human has to move into her RV for a few months while her new house gets finished. The kitty is my buddy, kind of moved in with me for the last year until I moved. Landlord sold the house, it was a nightmare for both of us, browbeat into it by her son. Anyway, I get to have him in my new place for a little while, I hope he can handle the smaller setting, I have to help convert him from king of the ranch to a mostly indoor cat... my fingers are crossed.
