Why is everything 11% off at Menard's? There isn't a Menard's near me and I keep seeing their commercials on my DVR'd episodes of Seinfeld i record on Sling. The episodes record mostly from a Milwaukee television station. I live in Houston.

4. It's just their rebate thing

If you shop there on a regular basis it adds up

6. Menard's is based out of Wisconsin. They apparently

think an 11% sale sounds more attractive that 10%. I disagree, but I almost never shop there.

They have a long history of wrongly detaining people for shoplifting, including cases where people bring in screws to match AND show them to a cashier on the way into the store. They even stopped a police officer — in a police car, whom they had called about a possible robbery — from leaving the lumber yard without allowing the squad car to be searched. The officer was African American.

7. 11% off is a bit misleading. You have to send your receipt in for a store voucher

in the amount of 11% of your purchase.

it is not money you can put in your pocket and spend somewhere else.
