Has anyone here been having issues watching videos on YouTube itself?

I can see videos from YouTube fine. But on YouTube itself the video has no picture, sound, thumbnail ok. It's just the video picture that goes black.

Anyone else having trouble?
It has just started a little bit ago for me.

1. Just tried a couple... working okay for me.

2. The only issue I have is the ads

Sometimes they'll throw an ad in the middle of a song.

3. Huh! That was happening to me earlier

It’s a channel of old Jeopardy shows and most vids worked. I assumed the few that did not were due to trying to get around copyright issues. Wouldn’t have thought twice about it until seeing your thread.

The first few seconds work fine, then screen goes black with no sound (but the vid is still playing, timer is ticking away), then the sound comes back on with no pic.

4. It is straightening up a little

I'm hoping it will stop totally by tonight.
