Dang it.......put both flannel sheets on the bed TO EARLY 😡

have been waking up sweating EVERY NIGHT……ugh….going back to one flannel top sheet, and one cool bottom sheet until we’re out of this climate changed WARM OCTOBER NIGHT PERIOD. 🤮 🤮 🤮

That was my rule. I don't know where you live, but here in northwestern VA we're in Indian summer and still sleeping with windows open and a couple of light blankets. OTOH, I'm married to one of those warm-blooded guys who says periodically. "You only love me for my BTUs!" Last year I never put the flannels on at all.

on in late September. Ha ha, my husband has now become allergic to the chill…..I laugh at him wearing sweatshirts when it’s like low 70’s. He never used to be bothered by the cold but now the minute it’s even a hit of chill his whole wardrobe changes. He has mentioned that he’s a tad to warm at night as well, so off comes one flannel sheet.

I wear a corduroy shirt as my "coat." (Eastern Kansas.)

been talking to rain spirits but all i get from central is a busy signal. cool am warm afternoon . heavy drift smoke. can smell in apt. . have 1 flanel sheet w 2 regular sheets and a summer quilt.

4. Heavens! While we've had a freeze warning or two in wee AM, it is still getting into the upper 80s

My A/C is running full-time and will do so probably into February and then it might get one or two nights off.

I think it hit 90 here today lol. It was 73 when I woke up but by the time I got in the car to go to work I had to turn on the car AC too.


On the other hand I have thousands of miles of beaches surrounding me and the closest ones are less than an hour away.
