Anxiety is off the chain today for some reason.

Just a general feeling of dread. I’m trying to keep myself grounded by deep breathing and being present in the moment, but none of it seems to be working.

Any good vibes you can spare will be much appreciated.

I've been out the better part of the day, cleaning up leaves and the like and was just thinking how I feel like a million bucks! Being outdoors always makes me feel good. It's a natural upper for just about everyone!

The weather has since turned crappy and is supposed to stay that way through Monday.

I just get into these funks where I ruminate, and sometimes catastrophize.

Trying to relax with a glass of wine (I know, but anything to settle me down) and may pop in a movie later.

Fresh air, trees, sunshine, etc...
I smile and chat with other people.

It really helps a lot.

You might want to think of something that you enjoy doing, something fun.
And do it today.

Sending you good vibes.

1. Unplug from the news and sometimes DU, only because there's quite a bit of news here.

2. Exercise/Yoga/Walks. I'm not sure what it is about stretching and fresh air, but it does help clear the mind.

3. Try a new hobby. Perhaps you have a knack for crocheting or painting. Write in a diary, write down childhood experiences, maybe start a novel.

4. Turn up the music and dance. It doesn't have to fast and hard, slow movements are okay. Yes, this one could go into the exercise category.

5. Watch movies that you've never seen before. So far this year I've watched 58 movies that I wasn't familiar with.
