Just a general feeling of dread. Im trying to keep myself grounded by deep breathing and being present in the moment, but none of it seems to be working.
Any good vibes you can spare will be much appreciated.

(14,061 posts)The weather has since turned crappy and is supposed to stay that way through Monday.

I smile and chat with other people.
It really helps a lot.

And do it today.
Sending you good vibes.

2. Exercise/Yoga/Walks. I'm not sure what it is about stretching and fresh air, but it does help clear the mind.
3. Try a new hobby. Perhaps you have a knack for crocheting or painting. Write in a diary, write down childhood experiences, maybe start a novel.
4. Turn up the music and dance. It doesn't have to fast and hard, slow movements are okay. Yes, this one could go into the exercise category.
5. Watch movies that you've never seen before. So far this year I've watched 58 movies that I wasn't familiar with.
