2. In the 60s we were doing 50 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, rope climbs, etc. etc.

5. We had a kid in grade nine that climbed the rope and pulled it up after him. He sat on a rafter

until the fire department came to get him down. He then dropped the rope and slid down.

That stunt took him from geek to school hero!

effort? Sit-ups, rope climbing etc. I liked it then but too bad it stopped.

I couldn't do a pull up on a bar either. My legs are really strong but I have zip when it comes to upper arm strength.
