Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsFood hack: Stromboli dough. I usually use fresh store bought dough that comes in a ball in a
plastic bag. On the day Im going to use it I put the ball in a sealed olive oil greased 9X12 rectangular storage container and return it to the fridge. A couple of hours prior to assembling the Stromboli, I remove it from the fridge and sit the container on the counter.
By the time Im ready to work the dough it has risen and spread to the edges of the container. I turn it out on the work surface and work and roll it until its the size I want. Much easier than working a ball into a rectangle.
